Role: Network & Services Operations Representative

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Extension Possible)

We are seeking a highly experienced Network & Services Operations Representative with deep expertise in enterprise networking, SD‑WAN, cloud connectivity, and network access control. This role will lead global network architecture initiatives across hybrid and multi‑cloud environments, ensuring secure, scalable, and high‑performance connectivity across enterprise infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, hands‑on architecture experience, and proven expertise in SD‑WAN, Cisco networking, and Zero Trust‑aligned network access control frameworks.

• Lead global SD‑WAN architecture and design, defining standards for topology, routing, resiliency, and application‑aware traffic steering.
• Provide technical leadership for global and regional connectivity models, carrier strategy, provider diversity, and performance SLAs.
• Define scalable hybrid network architectures across on‑prem, cloud, and global branch environments.

• Design and govern hybrid/multi‑cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem data centers.
• Establish hub‑and‑spoke and transit architectures ensuring scalability, isolation, and resiliency.
• Guide cloud connectivity decisions including private connectivity, VPN, and regional/global hubs.
• Define VPC/VNet design standards, IP addressing strategies, trust zones, and segmentation policies.

• Drive enterprise Network Access Control (NAC) strategy using Cisco ISE aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Define standards for secure device onboarding, posture validation, and access governance.
• Implement micro‑segmentation and consistent policy enforcement across hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams on Zero Trust, DR, and governance initiatives.

• Establish operational standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical oversight, resolve complex issues, and mentor engineering teams.
• Manage cloud contact center/voice solutions (Zoom Phone, SIP call flows, policies, reporting).
• Oversee multivendor routing environments and ensure high availability and performance.

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering & architecture
• SD‑WAN architecture & operations (Palo Alto ION preferred)
• Cisco Switching & Routing (enterprise/global environments)
• Network Access Control (NAC) using Cisco ISE (802.1X, MAB, policy governance)
• Deep expertise in BGP routing & multi‑protocol environments

• AWS networking:
  Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, Route
  53, ELB
• Azure networking:
  Express Route, VNet Gateway, Azure DNS, Load Balancers
• Experience designing hybrid cloud connectivity and segmentation models

• Strong technical leadership and architecture decision‑making experience
• Experience managing global network standards and governance
• Ability to mentor teams and drive operational maturity
• Experience with Zero Trust and enterprise segmentation strategies

• CCNP / CCIE (Routing & Switching or Enterprise)
• Cisco ISE or Security Certifications
• AWS or Azure Networking Certifications
