Job OverviewWe are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Epic Analyst with a strong focus on Ambulatory settings for an exciting opportunity involving the implementation of Wisdom. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the transition from Dentrix to Wisdom, ensuring seamless integration with Epic EMR. This position requires a deep understanding of Ambulatory operations, local availability, and the ability to interface with various applications, including X-ray and surgical systems.
ResponsibilitiesAmbulatory Expertise
- Demonstrate expertise in Ambulatory operations, workflows, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize Epic build for Ambulatory settings.
- Ensure a high level of proficiency in Ambulatory functionality.
- Facilitate the conversion from Dentrix to Wisdom within the Epic environment.
- Interface Wisdom with the X-ray application and other relevant systems.
- Collaborate with surgical and procedural applications for seamless data flow.
- Oversee the development and optimization of interfaces for smooth data flow between systems.
- Ensure true interoperability and seamless integration of Wisdom with existing applications.
- Provide support during the anchor day, scheduled once per month, for team collaboration and issue resolution.
- Offer weekly support during the implementation phase and pick up ancillary support post go-live.
- Preferred experience with Epic Wisdom, but candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Flexibility to learn and adapt to the Wisdom application during the implementation process.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as an Epic Analyst with a focus on Ambulatory settings.
- Strong understanding of Dentrix, Epic EMR, and Ambulatory workflows.
- Ability to interface Wisdom with X-ray applications and surgical systems.
- Experience with interface development and data flow optimization.
- Knowledge of true interoperability practices.
- Candidates must be local to Massachusetts.
- Collaborate effectively with the team during the anchor day and implementation phases.
- Engage in ongoing communication to ensure successful project outcomes.
