As a key member of the Strategy leadership team, the Director of Enterprise Analytics will define and lead the enterprise-wide analytics and insights agenda. This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable intelligence that drives strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and long-term growth.

The Director will establish a clear, cohesive analytics strategy that integrates advanced analytics, business intelligence, and performance measurement across the organization. This leader will partner closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to ensure insights are embedded into planning, execution, and performance management—most notably through the development and governance of an enterprise dashboard and scorecard that tracks insight adoption and business impact.

Ideal candidate will have deep experience analyzing consumer behavior and transactional data to drive business decisions, including membership retention, churn, and lifetime value. Must be highly quantitative, comfortable building predictive models, running cohort analyses, and translating data insights into P&L outcomes. Experience with subscription-based or consumer-facing businesses is strongly preferred.

This role requires a rare blend of strategic vision, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution, along with the ability to clearly communicate complex insights to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to build high-performing analytics teams, foster data-driven cultures, and influence decisions at the highest levels of the organization.
