As the leader of a 4-person analytics function, you’ll guide a talented team and build the next generation of reporting, intelligence, and data products. You’ll shape how the organisation understands its performance, using modern tools and technologies to craft high-impact visualisations, automation, and analysis that drive results.

Your role can be split into four key areas:leading and delivering insight, managing and developing the BI function, partnering with key stakeholders up to C‑suite, and owning data governance and output.
About You- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation
- Advanced SQL and expertise in Tableau (strongly preferred BI tool)
- Proven experience in people management and stakeholder management
- Experience delivering innovative data solutions that drive business impact
