We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to coach, mentor, and empower agile squads in a collaborative, outcome‑driven environment.
Hybrid
Schedule:
On‑site 3x/week in downtown Boston
Salary Range: $130‑140k
What You’ll Do- Coach squads to continuously improve agile practices, driving accountability and shared ownership of business outcomes
- Facilitate impactful agile events (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retros, Quarterly Planning, Lean Portfolio Management)
- Remove impediments and help teams maintain flow and predictability
- Champion Agile values and foster psychological safety within teams
- Enable data‑informed decision making using tools like Jira, Miro, and Confluence
- Build strong partnerships across squads and business stakeholders
- Contribute to and help evolve a strong agile community and culture
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience with a strong track record in agile environments
- Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, Scrum@Scale a plus)
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills across diverse teams
- Experience navigating complexity with systems thinking and organizational agility
- Financial services experience preferred
