About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Growth Marketer to drive enterprise growth end-to-end: customer expansion, retention, and enterprise new business acceleration.
You will also manage and guide our Demand Generation Marketing Manager, who owns new business pipeline generation and ABX execution, while remaining accountable for the overall enterprise growth number. You will own and execute customer marketing programs as an individual contributor.
You'll work at the intersection of customer marketing, ABX, Rev Ops, and data analytics. Success will come from deeply understanding customer behavior, usage data, and buying patterns — then translating those insights into targeted, measurable growth programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Growth Strategy
- Driving the enterprise growth marketing strategy across the full lifecycle, including new business, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and expansion.
- Be accountable for enterprise pipeline and revenue influence, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Rev Ops.
- Define how Veson identifies, prioritizes, and activates enterprise growth opportunities as we bring products together under a unified platform.
Customer marketing (individual contributor)
- Personally design and execute customer marketing programs focused on adoption, retention, and expansion within enterprise accounts.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities using product usage data, customer health signals, and firmographic insights.
- Build and maintain customer segmentation and lifecycle programs that support value realization, renewal readiness, and expansion.
Enterprise New Business & ABX Leadership
- Set the strategic direction for enterprise new business marketing, including ABX frameworks and account prioritization.
- Line-manage the Enterprise New Business Marketing Executive to ensure strong execution and clear pipeline impact.
- Ensure a cohesive and consistent experience across new business and customer marketing for enterprise accounts.
Measurement & Optimization
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales and Product to align on priorities and growth opportunities.
- Use data to inform all decision-making, analyzing customer behavior and account-level trends to uncover growth opportunities.
- Own enterprise growth reporting and insight generation using platforms such as Gainsight, Hockeystack, Power BI, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools.
- Apply experimentation, statistical thinking, and AI-enabled approaches to improve targeting, prioritisation, and marketing efficiency.
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with deep experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or enterprise ABM/ABX.
- Proven track record of driving measurable enterprise revenue growth across both new business and existing customers.
- Strong background as an individual contributor in customer or lifecycle marketing — comfortable owning execution, not just strategy.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS, technology, data, fintech, or complex enterprise solutions.
- Highly data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience using:
Salesforce, Marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot, Marketo, or similar), Customer or revenue analytics tools (Gainsight, Power BI, Hockeystack, etc.) - Experience building segmentation, targeting, and prioritization frameworks based on behavioural and account-level data.
- Ability to influence senior commercial stakeholders through clear insight, structure, and evidence.
- Strong communication and presentation skills — able to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Nice to Have
- Background in customer success or account management roles
- Experience working closely with Rev Ops or owning parts of the revenue model.
- Background in customer success, account management, or commercial analytics.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools or experience building custom AI workflows or agents.
- Experience scaling customer marketing programs in a multi-product or platform business.
- Experience in B2B tech, financial, insurance, SaaS or the maritime industry preferred
