Responsibilities

MARKETING REPORTING

  • Create and manage full funnel marketing KPI reports and dashboards

  • Build reports and dashboards in tools like Tableau/Hubspot/SFDC to provide visibility into end‑to‑end marketing funnel from Website traffic to Bookings

  • Report on campaign and channel performance – measure campaign/channel effectiveness, track conversions, and report on the health of the marketing and sales funnel

  • Collaborating with different teams to understand their reporting needs and provide them with relevant data/ reports

  • Support weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reviews by providing relevant data and insights

  • Build marketing attribution reporting that effectively measures performance of each channel

  • Create reports that shows the ROI of marketing investments

  • Provide actionable insights and present recommendations to marketing teams. Help with data driven decision making

  • Monitoring data quality, data processing, data storage and reporting processes and resolve any discrepancies or errors

  • Enable and train marketers to self serve on basic reports in BI tool /Hubspot / Salesforce

  • Drive the management and configuration of marketing analytics technology tools

  • Do cross functional projects with other teams like sales ops/ CEOs office, CS etc which are aligned to overall marketing priorities that leverage Martech tools and help marketing/ sales to generate pipeline

  • Using AI tools in automation or creation of reports & Insights

MARTECH MANAGEMENT
  • Manage tools in the Martech stack – Ensuring regular management of the tools to ensure it is working as expected

  • Regular review of the functioning of critical tools and ensure there are no issues that impact leads, data or reporting

  • Manage integrations & data flow between tools. Work with the vendors to solve any issues

  • Safety of data and access control within the tools

  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert on how systems work and how data flows

  • Work on implementation of new tools

  • Demonstrating leadership and coaching capabilities for team member(s)

  • Follow a hands on approach but have a strategic view as well

  • Automate manual processes enabling a frictionless and fast marketing execution
