Consultant Senior Manager SAP Order to Cash; O2C France H​/F

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP O2C (Order-to-Cash) Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP O2C module implementations and optimizations.

Your role and responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP O2C implementation and optimization projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, including code reviews, design reviews, and training.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, configure, and customize SAP O2C modules, including Sales, Shipping, Billing, and Collections.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support.
• Conduct gap analysis between client's current systems and target SAP O2C systems, and recommend solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP O2C technologies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
• Lead process improvement initiatives within the O2C cycle, identifying and implementing efficiencies.
• Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and reusable assets for future O2C implementations.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree in Project Management or a related discipline would be an asset.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in an SAP environment.
• Proven experience in delivering large-scale SAP implementations or transformations.
• Strong understanding of SAP O2C solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• SAP certifications are preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
• Fluency in multiple languages, particularly French for working with SAP products
