We are seeking a Tech Lead experienced with setting up and configuring the Employee Central module of Success Factors, possessing a strong understanding of:

• Business process discussions to map desired future processes.
• Mapping customer data to available fields and sections (Foundation Objects and Employee Data).
• Standard Foundation Objects with propagation for data consistency and referential integrity.
• HR Data with Effective Dating.
• Mapping HR Data fields from Employee Central to Employee Profile.
• Pre-configured standard events and HR transactions (Hire, Rehire, Terminate, Leave, Transfer, Promotion, Demotion, etc.).
• Configuration of 20 standard workflows for employees, managers, and HR.
• Role-based permissions for various user roles.
• Pre-configured reports including Demographic, Pay History, and Headcount Reports.
• Employee and Manager Self-Service functionalities.
• Assisting customer migration of user records from source systems to Employee Central.
• Support for country-specific capabilities, single language packs, attachment functionalities, employee profile enablement, FTP setup for payroll export, and configuration of global assignments, mobile organization chart, and transaction approval.
