The Senior IT Field Service Engineer will provide technical support to assist group computer system users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, office productivity, electronic mail, and operating systems. They will be responsible for assigned jobsite mobilization and demobilization as assigned by the Regional Manager in their region.

All of these responsibilities will need to be performed in a highly professional manner.

• 1+ year executing technology processes and utilizing tools to improve technology efforts
• 3+ years technical support experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing PCs, Printers and Peripherals
• 3+ years working Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2012 and 2016 a plus
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft O365 Products.
• 3+ years of experience multi-tasking and managing muliple priorities

Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for frequent business travel within assigned geographic market. Selected candidate is responsible for all vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance requirements; the Company will provide mileage reimbursement.
