We’re looking for a Technology Project Manager to lead and deliver software development initiatives across multiple business domains. In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering and business stakeholders to drive clarity, execution, and alignment—ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, transparently, and with measurable impact. You’ll act as both a delivery leader and trusted advisor, helping teams navigate governance, methodologies, and collaboration best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead strong, aligned project teams capable of delivering against defined goals and timelines

Partner with stakeholders across the organization to define, document, and prioritize project requirements, scope, and dependencies

Own project communications, proactively sharing status updates, risks, and issues with internal teams and leadership

Translate requirements into actionable project plans with clear milestones, managing scope and mitigating risk

Drive delivery through Agile methodologies, facilitating ceremonies and ensuring alignment across engineering and business teams

Identify opportunities to improve execution, efficiency, and team productivity through process improvement and optimization

Present project goals, outcomes, metrics, and sprint performance to stakeholders and senior leaders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

Fluent written and spoken English

5+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or team leadership within a technology organization

Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology projects

Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across teams

Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives

Proficiency with project management tools, frameworks, and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)

Total Rewards

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 – $120,000 annually. Final compensation may vary and will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus and first-class benefits, which include:
