Opportunity

As part of the Enterprise Architecture & Application Delivery team you will lead the development and execution of a technology strategy aligned with business goals. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and mentor the next generation of leaders while overseeing architecture frameworks and influencing senior leaders. This role offers the chance to innovate through emerging technologies, manage cross‑functional teams, and guide enterprise‑wide transformations for scalable and secure solutions.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • At least 8 years of managing IT system/software development and project management processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, computer programming (preferred).
  • Demonstrating thought leadership in enterprise architecture.
  • Leading strategic development of application delivery frameworks.
  • Promoting compliance with industry standards and governance.
  • Working with C‑suite executives on technical roadmaps.
  • Driving initiatives using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Building and nurturing technical teams through mentoring.
  • Managing vendor engagements aligned with architecture principles.
  • Overseeing improvement of architecture documentation and standards.
Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500.
