Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Software Platform Delivery Lead to support the design, development, and delivery of cloud-based systems within a global digital services environment. This role plays a critical part in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, driving Agile delivery practices, and modernizing enterprise platforms to support evolving business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, cloud expertise, and a passion for operational excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities- Oversee the full lifecycle of technical initiatives, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable cloud-based solutions and execution plans
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native applications using modern platform services
- Champion Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
- Partner with architects to ensure alignment with cloud strategy, security, and compliance standards
- Promote CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and testing best practices
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks related to compliance, data security, and legacy integrations
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams
- Oversee secure system integrations and API-driven data flows
- Ensure solution quality through code reviews, automation, monitoring, and performance management
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, collaboration, and technical excellence
- Manage relationships with vendors and technology partners
- Support modernization efforts and adoption of emerging cloud technologies
- 7+ years of experience in technical delivery leadership or software engineering roles
- Strong experience delivering cloud-native solutions
- Solid understanding of enterprise systems and regulatory-driven environments
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and delivery tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant cloud or Agile certifications preferred
