We are seeking an exceptionally talented and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Technology team. This role is a critical driver of complex, cross-functional initiatives across the organization, including the enterprise upgrade of Lawson (ERP system) and other high-impact business, technology, and operational programs.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will own projects end-to-end—from initiation through post-launch stabilization—partnering closely with Finance, IT, Engineering, Analytics, Data, and external vendors. You are a confident, hands-on leader who can translate business needs into executable technical plans, proactively manage risk, and keep diverse stakeholders aligned around clear goals and timelines.

This is an ideal role for a well-rounded project leader who thrives in dynamic environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and delivers measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects spanning enterprise systems, process improvement, and organizational initiatives.
  • Serve as Project Manager for the Lawson (Infor) upgrade, overseeing planning, execution, testing, cutover, and post–go-live stabilization.
  • Define project objectives, scope, milestones, success metrics, and delivery approach tailored to each initiative.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.
  • Apply appropriate delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, or hybrid) based on project needs.
Stakeholder & Change Leadership
  • Partner with business leaders, functional teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.
  • Facilitate executive updates, steering committees, and cross-functional working sessions.
  • Translate business needs into structured plans, clear deliverables, and actionable timelines.
  • Anticipate and manage change impacts, supporting adoption through effective communication and coordination with training and change teams.
Requirements, Delivery & Execution
  • Lead requirements definition, solution design coordination, and dependency management across teams.
  • Oversee testing strategies, readiness assessments, and go-live planning for system and non-system initiatives.
  • Manage vendors and external partners, ensuring accountability to scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Track progress against milestones, proactively manage risks and issues, and drive timely resolution.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
  • Establish and maintain project governance standards, reporting cadence, and escalation processes.
  • Ensure projects comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices.
  • Mentor project team members and promote consistent use of project management disciplines across teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects.
  • Proven experience leading gap analysis sessions and defining future-state process improvements.
  • Experience managing the vendor selection lifecycle, including RFP development and evaluation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, IT, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing project plans, managing resources, budgets, and mitigating risk.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing financial systems…
