As a Principal Account Executive you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of globally recognizable brands. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects.
You will be the leader of a cross functional team, shaping the strategy for partners, professional services, and training/certification. You will develop and execute against a territory strategy and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.
- Team with all aspects of the customer’s organization, including C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales.
- Build relationships across an account using creative systems thinking, visioning, and collaboration with an extended team to address all high tech, semi, MFG customer needs.
- Sell at the most strategic (C-level) within the account and implement a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation.
- Work collaboratively with all appropriate AWS resources (Executives, Partner, Support, Solution Architect) to support customer interests and advocate for the customer in harmony with AWS business needs.
- Drive new service adoption, new line of business development, and maintain dotted line responsibility for partnership and technical collaboration.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of cloud sales experience to enterprise customers
- Experience with AWS technologies

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
