Salesforce Director - Boston, MA (Onsite 4x/week) - Full Time - $250,000 -$300,000 Per Year

This full-time role based in Boston requires expertise in customer relationship management systems and the ability to influence strategic business decisions. You will work with a range of technologies to enhance sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the global technology strategy for sales and marketing products across multiple regions.
- Manage and align technology teams ensuring a consistent strategy that supports business objectives.
- Drive strategic decisions with business partners around sales enablement and client service innovation.
- Mentor and develop a high-performance team fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Influence the refinement of features and processes to ensure optimal technology performance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with 7-10 years of experience in technology or software development.
- 5-10 years of hands‑on experience with customer relationship management systems and SaaS technologies.
- Proven experience in asset management, particularly in distribution, sales, marketing, and client servicing.
- Ability to lead global teams and drive alignment and collaboration across regions.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
