The Role:
- As an Associate Copilot Studio Developer, you’ll design, configure and deploy AI-powered agents across our organization. This is opportunity is for early-career technologists who are curious, collaborative and eager to create practical solutions using Microsoft CoPilot Studio, Power Platform and modern automation tools.
- In this role, you'll collaborate closely with senior developers, product owners and business stakeholders.
- Build and configure agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative answers, plugins and data connections.
- Assist in integrating agents with enterprise systems like Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Dataverse and internal APIs.
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions to understand user needs and translate them into functional bot behaviors.
- Test, troubleshoot and refine agents to ensure they are accurate and provide a reliable experience.
- Document configurations, workflows and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
- Monitor usage analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CoPilot agents align with governance, security and compliance standards.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- A foundational understanding of low-code/no-code platforms (such as Power Apps, Power Automate or similar).
- Basic familiarity with APIs, JSON or REST.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
- Exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform, Azure or Microsoft 365.
- Experience with chatbots, conversational design or natural language processing concepts.
- Basic scripting or programming experience (Powershell etc.).
