SAP FUNCTIONAL ANALYST III – BUWORKS – Human Capital Management
Boston University Information Services & Technology (IS&T) seeks applicants with diverse skills and experiences to join our innovative and inclusive community. As a SAP Functional Analyst III you will be part of a high‑performing and dynamic IS&T organization, providing innovative solutions utilizing the SAP Human Capital Management module. This role focuses on SAP configuration within Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Benefits (BE), Time (TM) and Payroll (PY) modules.
Responsibilities- Work in a collaborative environment with clients and developers to deliver robust solutions that follow SAP best practices.
- Execute and configure SAP modules.
- Strategically analyze and functionally design documentation based on business requirements.
- Participate in project implementations.
- Monitor, prioritize, and work on product backlogs and support tickets.
- Define and execute test phases within project implementations.
- B.A./B.S. or comparable experience.
- 5+ years of applicable experience.
- Experience in Human Resource policies along with SAP HCM and other SAP tools and technologies and best practices, including SAP ERP, Business Suite on HANA, ESS/MSS, SAP Fiori, and SAP Success Factors.
