Duration: 6+ months

Roles & Responsibilities Must Have:
  • Hands on experience in handling the Pharma LAB devices and instrument.
  • Hands on experience in executing the GxP/GMP SOPs on System.
  • Strong Windows Desktop Support Experience.
  • Exposure of Medical instruments connections to desktops.
  • Understanding of GxP, GMP process
  • Desktop Hardware and troubleshooting at L2 + (Window 10, 11)
  • Experience in handling IT Desktop support for a PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY
  • Exposure on pharma equipment like Taimo, Thermo Omnic FTIR, Quant studio, Chem Station.
  • Good exposure and understanding of IT infra like Antivirus, AD, Asset Management, Windows Patching.
    • Good To Have:
    • Support

      Experience of Lace Box, Empower Systems
      · Understanding of various medical instruments in Labs like Plate Reader, Spectrometers, Calibrator For Waters, Agilent etc. Past IT experience with vendor like Perkin Elmers in similar capacity will work
