Trident Search are exclusively partnering with a Tier 1 $ 40m Series A vendor that are looking to hire their first 2 Solutions Engineers in Boston
.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to join an early-stage vendor, work closely with experienced leadership, and play a visible role in helping build out the US go-to-market function.

The role is primarily pre-sales focused
, working alongside AEs on:

• proof of values / evaluations
• technical presentations
• customer-facing technical conversations
• RFPs and security questionnaires
• There will also be some exposure to post-sales / deployment activity in the early stages, before the wider customer success function scales.

• Commutable to Boston and happy working in a hybrid setup
• customer-facing and commercially minded
• confident running demos and technical conversations
• able to speak credibly with security teams and senior stakeholders
• more salesy / consultative than deeply technical
• comfortable in a startup environment where roles can evolve quickly
