Job Summary (List Format): UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Project Manager
- Lead end-to-end implementations of workforce management systems for a complex, multi-entity organization.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure timely and on-scope delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT, Operations) for project success.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Configure system solutions to address timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce policy needs.
- Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
- Oversee system integrations and data migration processes.
- Provide comprehensive project documentation, regular status reports, and stakeholder communications.
