L2 Support Analyst

Job Description

L2 Operational analyst with Aladdin platform experience.

• Aladdin - Blackrock experience including administration and L2 support working with the vendor.
• Service Management and ITIL process knowledge and experience handling L2 support role and vendor interactions.
• L2 incident management for investment applications, trading venues, file ingestion and third‑party leased line connectivity for US regional services.
• Asset Management domain knowledge and L2 support experience for asset‑management applications.
• Good understanding of Fixed Income, Equity, Derivatives and Alternatives products and how they are modeled and traded in Aladdin.
• Support client/user requests related to the Aladdin.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong verbal and written communication with ability to develop good working relationships with partners.
• Good understanding of SQL to investigate Aladdin database.
• Technical skills (UNIX, Python, PERL) preferred but not required.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work well under pressure.

• Bachelor of Computer Science.

Salary Range: $100,000‑$120,000 a year.
