MongoDB​/NoSQL Database Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Mongo

DB / No

SQL Database Administrator who can immediately contribute to Mongo

DB environments and is open to transitioning into a broader No

SQL DBA role. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Mongo

DB and a strong willingness to work across No

SQL database technologies in a fast‑paced environment.

• Manage, monitor, and maintain Mongo
  
  DB databases ensuring high availability, performance, and security
• Perform database installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching for Mongo
  
  DB environments
• Handle backup, recovery, replication, and clustering (Replica Sets / Sharding)
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize database queries and indexing strategies
• Support development teams with database design, schema modeling, and query tuning
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards
• Participate in on‑call support and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Transition into and support other No
  
  SQL database platforms as required

• Hands‑on experience with Mongo
  
  DB (administration and support)
• Strong understanding of No
  
  SQL database concepts (document‑based, key‑value, etc.)
• Experience with replication, sharding, indexing, and performance tuning
• Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python, or similar) for automation tasks
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills

• Candidate should be able to start working on Mongo
  
  DB immediately and demonstrate readiness to transition into a No
  
  SQL DBA role across multiple platforms
