Our client is an international law firm based in Boston, MA that focuses on serving clients across multiple industries on select matters, such as litigation, private equity, finance, wealth management, and technology. They are known for their hands‑on approach and maximizing their clients' value and are responsible for more than $250M in revenue on an annual basis.
Job TitleHelp Desk Analyst
LocationBoston, MA – Hybrid/3-4x per week.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for white glove technical support services for internal and external customers. This will include troubleshooting hardware and software applications and providing Tier 1 resolution support via office, phone, and remote.
Requirements- 1-2+ years’ experience in a technical support role
- Windows/O365 knowledge
- Service Now
- End user support & onboarding (White glove)
- Mobile device management – Intune
- Conference room support (Zoom shop)
- AI usage and support
- Previous experience in legal, financial services, hedge funds, professional services, or similar
$70-80K base salary plus an annual cash bonus
