Who We're Looking For

We are strengthening our team with an AI Architect who will drive the architectural vision and ensure scalable, high-quality AI/GenAI solutions across the platform.

The role focuses on building and evolving a coherent architecture aligned with business goals, system-level quality requirements, and clear engineering principles, enabling teams to deliver independently at scale.

This position acts as a design authority and enabler rather than a delivery or people manager.

Responsibilities

* Define and evolve AI architecture and technical vision

* Establish architectural standards and guardrails

* Design system-level decisions and integrations

* Validate high-impact designs and ensure NFR alignment

* Enable teams and support architectural decision-making

Requirements

* Strong experience in GenAI architecture

* Hands-on with agentic systems (Lang Chain, etc.)

* Experience with RAG and vector databases

* Cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, etc.)

* Solid background in distributed systems

* Understanding of LLMOps, security, and evaluation
