Fidelity Management & Research Company is seeking an End User Technician to support its Enterprise Infrastructure Group in Boston, MA. In this role, you will provide end-user technology support, troubleshoot various hardware and software issues, and ensure a high level of customer service.
The ideal candidate should possess an Associate degree or equivalent and 2-3 years of experience in computer hardware and operating systems. This is a fully onsite position with an hourly pay rate of $28.00–$30.00.
