Qualifications:
- 3+ years of IT support/Desktop Support experience
- Active Directory/O365/Intune/VPN, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hardware/software rollouts, migrations, and upgrades.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
