Partner Sales Manager, CPG​/Retail

AWS is looking for a Senior Strategic Partner Sales Manager to support our Retail & CPG industry. This role works closely with strategic partners such as System Integrators, Distributors, Value Added Resellers, and other service providers to deliver end‑to‑end digital and business transformation value to our customers.

• Plan and execute business development activities with the partner.
• Develop a group of committed AWS champions across the partner sales and operations teams.
• Run regular cadence on creating and progressing pipeline.
• Define and build case for funding/investments as required.
• Manage complex contract negotiations.
• Manage all co‑sell related issues.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience.

• Experience building and maintaining relationships with business partners.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.

• Base salary ranges (USD annually):
  Atlanta, GA $127,700 – $172,700;
  Boston, MA $127,700 – $172,700;
  New York, NY $140,400 – $190,000;
  Houston, TX $127,700 – $172,700.
