We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Service Now PPM implementation consultant to assist in a fast paced implementation of Service Now PPM. The ideal candidate must demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience administering Service Now – specifically PPM. Below are the requirements for this role:

Experience with Service Now implementation of PPM

• Requires strong experience with at least 1 full PPM implementation
• Experience developing and configuring Service Now modules including PPM
• Extensive knowledge of scripting business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
• Advise functional and admin teams on design, dev and overall Service Now best practices
• Facilitate and support the rollout of Service Now PPM
• Work with functional and admin teams to deliver automated workflow solutions in Service Now
• Supports implementation and provides requested enhancements to PPM implementation during and post go live
• Motivated Self-Starter - Drives requirements to closure for the tasks assigned independently
• 3+ years of experience with Service Now and comprehensive understanding of the Service Now Enterprise product suite including ITSM, and PPM and IT Financial Management
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment of continuous change and challenges
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical team members
• Experience with Service Now IT Business Management (ITBM) knowledge a plus
