• Work with the Enterprise Account Executive (AE) to define and direct the technical strategy for largest and important accounts, leading to widespread use of Databricks products.
• Serve as the main technical voice for Databricks, leading customers on a transformational journey and evaluating and adopting Databricks as part of their strategy.
• Implement the technical strategy in the account, aligning technical solutions around Databricks offerings.
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
• Collaborate with sales team and technical peers to drive business outcomes for clients.

• Proficiency at establishing virtual teams and leading them to success within the account.
• Experience with very large ($1M+ ARR) global accounts.
• Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers.
• Deliver convincing point‑of‑view to decision‑makers.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science and cloud (Azure & AWS).
• Strong experience with Python, R, Scala or Java production programming.
• Desire to drive data‑driven business transformation.
• Nice to have:
  Databricks, Snowflake, AWS or Azure certification.

Pay Range: $152,300 — $209,450 USD.
