Sr Business Analyst, EPM & Finance Technology

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with significant experience across EPM and Finance Technology initiatives to support enterprise finance transformation programs. This individual will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, IT, and internal and external implementation teams to drive requirements gathering, process optimization, systems enhancements, and strategic technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of functional finance expertise and technical systems knowledge across EPM, ERP, reporting, and analytics environments.

• Partner with Finance and Technology stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements across EPM and finance systems initiatives
• Support finance transformation programs including planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, account reconciliations, and close process improvements
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams and system integrators
• Lead workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder interviews to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Assist with implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects across EPM and finance technology platforms
• Support UAT testing, defect management, training documentation, and end-user enablement
• Drive data governance and master data discussions including chart of accounts, entities, hierarchies, and reporting structures
• Collaborate across ERP, BI, and data teams to improve integration, reporting, and analytics capabilities
• Develop executive-ready documentation, status updates, and project materials
• Act as a liaison between Finance and IT to ensure business objectives are aligned with technology solutions

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Finance Transformation, EPM, or Finance Technology environments
• Strong understanding of FP&A, financial close, consolidation, reporting, and accounting processes
• Experience working with EPM platforms such as One Stream, Oracle Cloud EPM / Hyperion, SAP SAC / BPC, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning
• Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, Net Suite, or Workday is preferred
• Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or optimization initiatives
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to bridge communication between finance users and technical teams
• Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
