Sr. IT Trainer

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. IT Trainer to join a prestigious global law firm client. This firm generates over $3 billion in revenue and caters to clients in key hubs of business, finance, technology, and government. This individual will design, develop, and deliver technical training for attorneys and professional staff while serving as a key advocate for the end user during firm-wide technology initiatives.

• Deliver live and virtual IT training sessions for U.S. and international offices, including new hire onboarding, weekly skills classes, and department-specific training
• Design and develop all training materials, including e-learning content, job aids, and just-in-time resources (Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.)
• Support firm-wide technology rollouts (e.g., Copilot, AI tools, timesheet systems) through training, floor support, and 1:1 coaching
• Partner with IT project teams from kickoff through post-launch to ensure user adoption and workflow alignment
• Champion AI adoption by creating learning content, practice exercises, and guidance on when and how to use firm-approved AI tools
• Analyze Help Desk trends and user feedback to proactively address training gaps
• Maintain a shared training inbox and respond to user requests and support tickets

This is a full-time position, hybrid 3 days a week, in Boston, MA. Domestic and international travel is required throughout the year for major tech rollouts.

$115,000-$130,000 per year annual salary.

This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, geographic location, education, and consideration of internal equity.

• At least 5 years of IT training experience within a global enterprise organization
• Strong experience leading IT training programs and developing e-learning materials using tools like Adobe Captivate and Camtasia
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and teach new enterprise technologies (Microsoft, legal tech, AI tools) and drive user adoption
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical jargon into user-friendly language
• BA degree and ability to travel internationally
• Law firm experience
• Knowledge of legal-specific tech (iManange, Intapp, Litera, etc.)
• Experience leveraging AI tools (Harvey, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
