Job Description: We are seeking a Senior React
JS Developer with a strong background in front-end development and user experience (UX) design
. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of overall IT experience
, with proven expertise in building modern, responsive web applications using React
JS and a solid understanding of user-centric design principles. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to transform wireframes and mockups into intuitive and high-performance front-end experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, reusable, and high-performance components using React
JS. - Translate UX wireframes, mockups, and design systems into clean, maintainable code.
- Optimize web application performance across different devices and browsers.
- Partner with UI/UX designers to ensure pixel-perfect, user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct usability testing and integrate user feedback into the design.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in React
JS and front-end development.
Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of overall IT experience
, with 5+ years in front-end development using ReactJS
. - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
, and modern front-end workflows. - Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies
. - Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma
, Sketch
, or Adobe XD
. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and responsive, mobile-first design.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with component libraries such as Material-UI
, Ant Design
, or similar. - Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and performance optimization best practices.
- Knowledge of testing tools like Jest
, React Testing Library
, or Cypress
.
