Description of the Role:
Certified Technical Architect responsible for defining enterprise architecture strategy for Service Now implementations with focus on IRM/TPRM OR SIR modules. This role ensures platform scalability, governance, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards while guiding delivery teams across multiple implementations.
Projects they will be working on/ Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Define enterprise architecture for IRM and TPRM OR SIR implementations

• Lead architecture governance and design approvals

• Guide technical architects and developers on best practices

• Align Service Now platform strategy with security and risk programs
Top/Must have skills:

• Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

• Deep expertise implementing IRM and TPRM modules

• Client facing Consulting background delivering enterprise Service Now programs
Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with Sec Ops and Vulnerability Response modules

• Experience integrating Service Now with enterprise security platforms

• CIS TPRM or CIS IRM or CIS SIR
Tech Stack/Environment:
Service Now platform architecture, IRM, TPRM, SIR, GRC modules, integrations with enterprise security and compliance systems
