As a Senior AV/IT Field Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, installing, and maintaining advanced AV/IT systems. You'll work with a diverse range of technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional AV solutions. • Program and troubleshoot Crestron systems, including SIMPL and HTML

• Configure DSPs, with a preference for Biamp systems.
• Manage Dante configurations and audio commissioning.
• Implement AVoIP systems and AV networking fundamentals.
• Handle video streaming technologies and digital signage platforms.
• Install and configure Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Provide Windows and macOS hardware/software support.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and configurations.
• Support the full lifecycle of AV/IT systems from design to retirement.

• Proficiency in Crestron, Extron, and AMX control systems.
• Experience with DSP configuration and AVoIP systems.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and possess a valid driver's license.
• Onsite presence with occasional evening/weekend work.
• Experience interfacing with consultants, AV integrators, and vendors.

• AVIXA CTS or CTS-I certification.
• ITIL Foundations certification.
• Crestron certifications.
• Dante Level 2/3 certification.
