- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, application architecture, or technical delivery leadership
- Proven experience serving as a lead architect, principal engineer, or technical lead on enterprise application initiatives
- Strong background designing and delivering distributed application solutions across front-end and backend layers
- Experience defining service architecture, API contracts, integration patterns, and application security models
- Experience leading technical delivery in environments with multiple stakeholders, evolving requirements, and shared ownership boundaries
- Strong understanding of modern application development practices, system design, and technical governance
- Ability to communicate effectively with both engineering teams and non-technical/client stakeholders
- Strong experience with architecture validation, technical planning, risk identification, and delivery oversight
- Experience with Angular or comparable modern front-end frameworks
- Experience with .NET / C# backend architecture and service delivery
- Experience with EF Core and performance-oriented data access design
- Experience with enterprise identity and access patterns such as Azure AD / SSO / RBAC
- Experience delivering workflow-heavy or approval-driven applications
- Experience working with high-volume, data-intensive enterprise platforms
- Experience in regulated or highly controlled environments where traceability, auditability, and delivery discipline are important
- Consulting or professional services experience in client-facing delivery environments
- Enterprise application architecture
- Solution design and technical leadership
- API and service-oriented architecture
- Front-end / backend integration strategy
- Domain modeling and application decomposition
- Identity, authentication, and role-based access control
- Workflow and business-process-driven application design
