Hybrid Remote/Boston, MA or Montgomery, AL As a Cloud Administrator III, you will maintain smooth operation of different cloud-based systems, including coordination with network administrators. Sets up administrator and service accounts, maintains system documentation for cloud infrastructure and tenant inventory, tunes system performance, installs system wide software and allocates mass storage space. Respond to large-scale events involving instantiation of virtual resources such VMs and storage.

Fix critical software and system failures. Propose, drive and implement technical solutions for automation, efficiency and scalability. Develop/improve tools, reports, and processes to monitor the health of cloud environment. The proposed salary for this position is up to $91,570. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.

* Administer and maintain Azure IL6 cloud environments in support of mission and operational requirements.
* Provision, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure resources, virtual machines, storage, networking, and platform services.
* Support implementation and maintenance of security controls, patches, and compliance requirements within IL6 environments.
* Monitor system health, performance, availability, and capacity to ensure reliable cloud operations.
* Manage user access, permissions, and identity services in accordance with security and governance policies.
* Assist with deployment automation and infrastructure management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools.
* Support incident response, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for cloud infrastructure and operational events.
* Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and operations teams to maintain secure and compliant cloud environments.
* Maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and system configuration records.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives related to cloud administration, operational efficiency, and system reliability.

* Participate in growth efforts as requested
* Ensure all contractual deliverables are met or exceeded to the customer's satisfaction
