Systems Engineer, Data Engineer
Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Lead Solution Architect in our Boston office or one of our other Hub Locations.

AI is a Global ETO Service Center of Excellence. Partnering with Aveva and other technology partners, it’s a live commercial program to deliver true system-level predictive outcomes with a full service plan on complex system-level power critical systems encompassing UPS, Battery, Switchgear & Cooling technology.
- Design, Manage & maintain System.
AI Analytics (Service Predictive Maintenance) Platform solution using various platforms to suite specific client requirements (Aveva, Schneider Electric, Data Bricks, etc). - Develop asset model & analytic roadmap for current & future client use cases based on delivering reduced risk to key service clients.
- Minimize interventions / Optimize interventions / Optimize Client SLA’s.
- Liaise with Key Clients to design & optimize service solution, Integration with existing environments & optimize existing infrastructure.
- Multiple Global Operational deployments per annum + Pilot & Incubation opportunities.
- Recommend & deploy enhancements to cloud solution.
- Recommend & develop enhanced instrumentation & edge solution to improve analytic outcomes.
- Enhance knowledge of existing SE Solutions including EBP, PME, DCIM, PSO, EAA etc.
- Recommend & assist in developing broader SE Edge solution.
- Data Engineering – Data cleansing & normalization for industrial time series, alerts & alarms. Familiarity with sub-cycle log data an advantage.
- Analytical development – Model definition & Development. Use case definition. Python, Postman, C#.
- Knowledge of Cloud Dev Ops / Cloud Optimization / Cloud Cost Optimization.
- Azure Services Knowledge / Qualification a big advantage.
- Azure Machine Learning Studio Knowledge.
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $165,000 - $190,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

- Experience of analytical tools & data engineering
- Experience in Industrial applications – preferably Data Center Environments

- Understanding of OPC Software
- Enhanced Cyber Security
- Knowledge of API’s and Data Interchange
- Travel will be required
