My client, Mid-Size Pharma Company, is seeking a Director, Enterprise AI Strategy Guru!

This role is a HIGHLY visible leadership position- where you will-

• Shape the future of enterprise AI , driving transformational initiatives across Enterprise-Commercial, R&D, and Operations.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities, define business-led roadmaps, and translate emerging technologies into measurable business value.
• Lead the development of enterprise AI governance frameworks that enable innovation while ensuring responsible, compliant, and ethical AI adoption across the organization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams to establish scalable processes for AI evaluation, validation, risk management, and implementation.
• Build and manage a strategic portfolio of AI initiatives by assessing value, prioritizing investments, and aligning programs with enterprise objectives and long‑term growth strategies.
• Foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, inclusion, and accountability while helping build and mentor a growing AI strategy and governance function.

• MS/PHD degree desired in AI/ML/Data Science/Analytics
• 10+ years Pharma/Life Sciences
• Very Strong understanding AI/ML/GenAI, NLP, etc
• Proficiency across the entire business to balance innovation
• Must be a strategic, collaborative leader with deep AI expertise, strong executive communication skills, and experience navigating complex cross‑functional environments in life sciences or healthcare.
