You’ll consolidate workstream updates into coherent reporting artifacts, maintain NEXUS program tracking in Coda, and prepare bi‑weekly Spark portfolio updates and Steer Co materials as priorities evolve.

Governance Documentation – You’ll capture, organize, and maintain NEXUS governance documentation, including workstream charters, decision logs, process standards, and meeting records, and help develop the program frameworks and workflow standards that keep the initiative coherent as it scales.

Internal Program Communications – You’ll draft communications that keep NEXUS stakeholders oriented and moving: program updates, milestone announcements, workstream summaries, and materials that help teams understand where the program is headed and why it matters.

What You’ll Gain

By the end of your term, you’ll have contributed to the activation of multiple AI pilots and helped stand up the operational infrastructure of an enterprise transformation program. That means direct exposure to executive stakeholders, hands‑on experience with AI‑first program operations, and practical skills in program management, stakeholder communication, and process documentation that translate across industries and functions.

What You Bring
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational instincts and comfort managing multiple work streams in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and enterprise transformation: you want to understand how organizations actually change, not just what they say about it.
