Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, related work, or military experience
  • 2 years’ experience supporting a corporate, networked computer environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • 10 years of experience supporting a corporate networked computer environment, including installing, troubleshooting, and supporting corporate AV equipment; building, deploying and troubleshooting computers; providing executive/VIP support
  • MCP, MSCE or A+ certifications
  • Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, O365 and telephony equipment support experience
  • Experience with Mac OS

Responsibilities
  • Deliver world-class white glove support to all executives, onsite and remote, in a courteous professional manner
  • Develop solid relationships and demonstrate expert-level ability to inspire trust and maintain confidentiality to best support and improve executive-level needs
  • Advanced knowledge, support, and troubleshooting of AV, presentation, and teleconferencing equipment
  • Contribute to recommendation of new technologies that will be beneficial to the company
  • Independently resolve complex, break-fix issues; troubleshoot user problems at the desktop or provide phone support to diagnose remote customer issues

Annual Salary Range: $106,383 to $132,978. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. This is an incentive-based position, which may include bonuses, incentive or commission plans.
