About the Role
State Street is seeking a Web3 Digital Sanctions Lead Analyst responsible for designing and deploying integrated systems and controls for digital assets within the Financial Crimes Compliance function. The role involves implementing sanctions screening and Travel Rule compliance solutions for blockchains and digital assets.
Responsibilities- Drive analysis, documentation, testing, and day-to-day execution of digital asset compliance systems
- Lead IT deployment coordination and model lifecycle management
- Implement sanctions screening for public blockchains, tokenized products, wallets, and smart contracts
- Translate regulatory and business needs into roadmaps, user stories, and release plans
- Prepare high-quality memos, playbooks, design specs, test scripts, and release notes
- Develop proof of concepts using leading technology across digital assets, AML, and bank risk technology areas
Hybrid work model with preference for Boston or Quincy, MA. Alternatively considering candidates from Stamford, CT;
Princeton and Clifton, NJ;
Berwyn, PA. Standard hybrid model is 4 days on-site and 1 day remote.
