You will be a member of the Strategy and Portfolio team. The DD&T Portfolio and Strategy lead has two major areas of responsibility:
First - Working with the Portfolio Team to manage the Data, Digital, and Technology (DD&T) portfolio of investments, and the process that governs and steers the enterprise-wide DD&T portfolio. • Escalate strategic and transformational projects for discussion at DD&T and Takeda strategic forums, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate leadership discussions around emerging strategic DD&T topics for awareness or support, including working across DD&T to integrate these into ongoing digital strategy development.
  • Work with current vendors and SIs to maximize value delivery to Takeda, and identify new strategic vendors who can bring high value to Takeda and DD&T.
  • Work across the Portfolio Team, DD&T strategy and operations leads, finance business partners, and others to ensure consistency and clarity of initiative data.
  • Work closely with platform owners and enterprise architects to understand Takeda’s DD&T tech stack, for identification of portfolio consolidation opportunities as well as developing perspectives on current and potential vendor relationships.
  • Drive periodic (e.g., quarterly) and ad hoc analyses of the DD&T investment portfolio to understand and improve strategic alignment and delivery efficiency, with focus on leadership reporting and consolidation.
  • Ensure a coordinated view of the DD&T investment portfolio across various forums, including portfolio reviews, DD&T leadership team meetings, and discussions outside DD&T.
  • Stay current on emerging DD&T trends, platform and service features, and business model developments to ensure Takeda is partnering for high value delivery.
