Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements across investment management workflows
- Partner with portfolio managers, traders, investment operations, and technology teams
- Analyze and improve portfolio management, trading, compliance, and post-trade processes
- Support platform implementation, configuration, testing, and UAT activities
- Create requirements documentation, user stories, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process optimization and operating model changes
- 5+ years of experience in investment management, asset management, front-office technology, or capital markets operations
- Strong experience supporting investment management platform implementations
- Deep understanding of trade lifecycle, investment operations, portfolio management, and trading workflows
- Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with leading investment management platforms
- Exposure to SQL, data analysis, Agile, Jira, and Confluence
- Experience supporting front-office transformation or consulting engagements
