Project Management Analyst - Disaster Recovery & IT Strategy

We are working on a confidential search for a Senior Associate-level technology project management professional to join the IT PMO of a well-established investment firm. The team is looking for someone organized, polished, and eager to take ownership of projects that touch different parts of the business. This is a great role for someone who enjoys keeping people aligned, bringing structure to moving pieces, and helping important technology and business initiatives get across the finish line.

The position offers broad exposure across the firm and will be involved in project planning, scheduling, reporting, stakeholder communication, testing and training coordination, budget tracking, and risk management for firmwide initiatives. It should be a strong fit for someone coming from a technical project management, IT PMO, business systems, or technology implementation background who wants to grow in a sophisticated investment management environment.

• Located in Boston with easy T Access, hybrid 3/2 schedule.
• Responsibilities involve supporting the firm’s Project Management Office (PMO) with planning, scheduling, reporting, and coordinating business and technology initiatives using Scrum / Agile Methodologies
• Exposure to IT security, infrastructure, finance, and process improvement projects across the enterprise.
• Opportunity to partner directly with leadership and contribute to communication plans, risk tracking, testing coordination, and team reporting.
• Above-market compensation package (~$160K–$180K all in): Competitive base salary + Annual Bonus + Profit Sharing + many other perks.
