• Define and execute cloud infrastructure strategy across Azure (primary), with multi-cloud requirements emerging (AWS, GCP)
• Maintain and improve our Terraform foundation while evaluating modern IaC approaches
• Plan multi-cloud architecture leveraging Kubernetes for portability and customer-premises deployments
• Optimize LLM and agent infrastructure for performance and cost

• Own security posture and drive SOC 2 compliance
• Lead customer security reviews and respond to enterprise security questionnaires
• Implement and manage access controls, secrets management, and security automation
• Evaluate vendor security for third-party dependencies

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Establish observability, monitoring, and incident response practices
• Manage environments across multiple enterprise stacks
• Improve developer experience through better tooling, workflows, and automation

• Lead and grow a team of infrastructure, security, and cloud engineers
• Collaborate with engineering on application architecture and reliability
• Partner with technical leadership to advance the product's AI capabilities
• Drive technical decisions on build vs. buy, tooling adoption, and infrastructure evolution

• Significant experience in infrastructure, Dev Ops, or platform engineering, with a track record of owning and scaling systems end-to-end
• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP strong alternative)
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform required; Pulumi, CDK, or similar a plus)
• Strong security background and experience with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP) and practical security implementation
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker required; Kubernetes experience valuable)
• Track record of working directly with enterprise customers on security and deployment requirements
• Ability to operate independently, make sound trade-offs, and drive decisions in ambiguous environments
• Clear communication skills (written, verbal and remote)

• CISSP, CCSP, or similar security certification
• Experience at early-stage startups or as the first infrastructure hire
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure (model serving, GPU orchestration, etc.)
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid deployment architectures
• Background supporting SaaS platforms with enterprise customers
