Job Description
The position is focused on troubleshooting, integration, and support of Oracle EBS Financials and Supply Chain modules (12.2.x). The incumbent will collaborate with Oracle Support, offshore teams, and other functional groups to resolve production issues, perform upgrades, and document solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and work with Oracle Support to resolve problems.
- Adhere to development standards, processes, guidelines and procedures, including Oracle OUM and AIM Methodologies.
- Provide timely resolution for issues faced by end users.
- Conduct day‑to‑day production support tickets, upgrades and migrations.
- Coordinate with offshore teams for custom development.
- Serve as liaison with other teams and manage integrations across Oracle ERP (Financials, SCM, P2P, OPM, and OTC applications).
- Design and implement integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
- Create Oracle AIM documentation—technical and end‑user guides.
- Techno‑functional experience with multiple Oracle EBS Financials and Supply Chain Modules (12.2.x).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture and interfaces.
- SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, integration, reporting, data conversion, forms, XML, OAF.
- Experience working with Oracle Support and developing documentation.
$160,000 – $170,000 per year.
