This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.

Infrastructure Migration & Modernization Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Specialist.

• Work with Account Teams and collaborate across areas to unlock and unblock Gen AI opportunities.
• Engage with customer executives to uncover strategic objectives for digital transformation leveraging AI.
• Work backwards from the customer's digital transformation objectives to create a Generative AI adoption and modernization strategy.
• Collaborate with GTM colleagues and internal partners to streamline customer engagement across areas.

About the team:
Within ASP, this position is part of the Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Specialist team, where you contribute the GTM strategy for AWS Gen AI, helping our Account Teams win large‑scale AI motions and most strategic customer relationships. We create sales plays, build pipeline, leverage partners, and build new initiatives that drive results for our customers. We also provide critical feedback from customers to inform our product roadmap, and work closely with our partner network to build an ecosystem supporting our customers’ goals.

• 5+ years of solving problems with technology in the Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry.
• 5+ years of Go‑To‑Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non‑technical executive audiences.
• Experience leading complex, multi‑year initiatives that may be cross‑functional and/or span business and technology.

• Master's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent.
• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling workforce development programs across large‑scale operations, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions.
• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross‑functional teams.
