A&M is hiring an eDiscovery Manager to lead forensic data discovery projects across multiple industries and jurisdictions.
Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for projects involving identification, collection, processing, review, and production of electronic data relevant to litigation or investigations.
- Collaborate with clients to implement efficient workflows, proactively identify and mitigate risk, apply quality control, and address technical challenges to make data discoverable, viewable, and useful.
- Lead a team of e-Discovery forensic data collection engineers.
- Communicate project status, commitments, deadlines, and challenges with clients and team members.
- Maintain consistent coordination with clients and team to ensure timely task completion, establish project goals, and review associated costs.
- Manage end-to-end project planning, resourcing, organizing, and reviewing to meet client deadlines.
- Lead external and internal meetings to review work results.
- Ensure eDiscovery best practices are followed through quality control checks.
- Provide end-to-end project support for data collection, database administration, management, and analysis, including requirements gathering and project plan maintenance.
- Oversee daily electronic data discovery collection efforts, including digital forensic data collections.
- Utilize Relativity and similar eDiscovery tools to collaborate and review workflows with clients.
- Produce thorough documentation and summaries of team’s data collection efforts, tracking, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (preferred fields: computer science, information management, data science, or related).
- 5-7+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and delivery objectives.
- Exceptional client service, follow‑up, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast learner, eager to adopt new technologies in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry‑standard review and production tools (Relativity, Reveal, Nuix, Brainspace, etc.).
- Experience with digital forensics tools (FTK, EnCase, Macquisition, Paladin, Kali) is advantageous but not required.
- Extensive experience with standard eDiscovery methodology and best practices.
- Sound technical understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Advanced user and database administrator experience with Relativity Server and Relativity One.
- Experience with document review management is beneficial but not required.
The salary range is $100,000 - $140,000 annually, with a discretionary bonus program based on performance.
