DISE’s mission is to drive asset gathering and retention by providing timely, accurate, and actionable data, analytical tools and intelligence to Sales, Marketing, and Senior Management. DISE owns the critical systems and data pipelines required to execute a modern, data-driven distribution strategy, focusing on end-to-end management of data, analytics, visualization, lead generation and in-field implementation.

We’re looking for a data-driven, solutions-oriented analyst to play an integral role in supporting the firm’s distribution strategy. This role is perfect for someone with a few years of foundational professional experience who is proactive and passionate about leveraging technology and data to drive sales productivity. If you are analytical, excel at independently translating complex data into actionable insights, and have experience supporting CRM maintenance and reporting infrastructure, this is an outstanding opportunity to gain broad exposure within a high-growth asset manager.

What

  • Support day-to-day ownership of Salesforce CRM platform and associated data visualization tools, assisting in configuration, development, and user support

  • Resolve CRM data discrepancies, ensuring a high degree of data quality and consistency.
  • Assist in the transformation and structuring of various core data assets, ensuring they are clean and reliable for analysis and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years of full-time, post-graduation professional work experience. Asset management or wealth management industry experience is strongly preferred.
